It is tough to get what we want. I am looking forward to seeing how well this works for you. I would love to run Mohican with you to see how well it picks up there. I have heard they are great!
Luc, I never run without mine. You will like it a lot. I have mixed results with this at Mohican. Some trails are fine others are not. It does great on the Red loop, and not so great on the Green Loop. The old Orange was fine, the new Orange is not. -Kinda weird.
I have never used mine to its full potential though.

I'm sure I'll be blogging about it once I figure out all the features of this thing. I have lots of trails around here that I run and can't wait to see the elevation stats. I'll keep you posted... :)
Don't feel weird. My "long run" tomorrow morning (if I can get to sleep) will be about 14 or so miles. I feel weird having a blog title "Ultra Marathon Rookie Training Blog" -How ridiculous! My mileage is nothing. I have great ambitions; its just life has just gotten in my way.
