Here is a picture of Lizzie leading Opal Pony. She lead her all over the yard and Opal did a real good job leading for her. Bill Hofacker (our farrier) said that Opal needs to get more excercise. :) She spent all summer in the pasture eating grass and getting fat.

First Blogger Post

OK, I finally did it. I decided to create a new blog today. I've been talking about it for some time now and just kept putting it off because I was fine with my old blog interface. However, lately I've been having problems with my old blog. Today did it for me... I wasn't able to log in to manage my blogs, and my colleague and I kept getting server errors when linking around my old posts. They were very random errors; some were 'network errors', others were 'unspecified errors', and so on.

The biggest problem with my old blog (that I hope Blogger has solved) was that it was using SubText and I was getting pummeled with comment spam. SubText still hasn't created a patch for this (that I know of). I decided to get on board and create a blogger account. I'm a big Google believer and... need I say more? I'm pretty excited to integrate my this blog with Picasa and other Google savvy apps.
